Our dear sweet family friend, Gordon Lambert, passed away unexpectedly the end of June and his funeral was held on July 2nd. It was such a shock to all who knew him, but we were able to find peace as we attended his funeral and spent time with his amazing family. Instead of our usual big 4th of July celebration we spent the day reminiscing about this amazing man and the love we all felt for him. We did manage to swim, play spike ball, and eat some good food. It was great to be with family and be reminded to enjoy each moment we have together.
